Organizer plans and stream passes

• Plans start the moment payment succeeds. If you have not yet started the auction or scored a match, write to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After the auction or a scored match, the plan has been used and is not refundable, but unused days carry over when you renew.
• Unused stream passes can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Player Pro

Cancel any time: Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew by itself. Refunds are given within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Pro features.

Tournament entry fees

Entry fees are set and refunded by the organizer of each tournament. If an event is cancelled, the organizer refunds players. If an organizer does not respond within 7 days, write to us and we will help.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
