Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026. Cosmic Play Grid is a product of The Cosmic Creator Co..

These terms apply when you use the Cosmic Play Grid website or apps. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

Cosmic Play Grid gives organizers tools to run tournaments: registration, player auctions, fixtures, live scoring and streaming. Players get a profile, registrations and stats. Auctions on Cosmic Play Grid use points or a purse set by the organizer for team building only. They are not gambling and involve no wagering.

Your account

• You sign in with your own mobile number and keep access to it secure.
• Information you give must be true, including your age and identity for age-group events.
• We may suspend accounts that cheat, impersonate others, harass people or abuse the service.

Organizers

• Organizers are responsible for their event: venue, safety, rules, prizes, refunds of entry fees, and following local law.
• Paid plans run for the number of days shown at purchase. When a plan ends, the auction, new matches, new teams and sponsors pause until it is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
• Entry fees collected through Cosmic Play Grid are passed to the organizer's linked account after the platform fee shown at setup.

Payments

All purchases happen on our website through Razorpay. Prices include GST unless stated. See Refunds and cancellations.

Content

You own the photos and text you upload and give us a licence to show them on the service and in shareable cards. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Liability

We work hard to keep scores and the service accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. Write to support@cosmicplaygrid.com first and we will try to fix things quickly.
