Cosmic Play Grid sells digital services only: organizer plans, stream passes, Player Pro and tournament entry fees. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
When you get what you paid for
- Organizer plans and stream passes: switched on for your tournament as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute.
- Player Pro: active on your profile as soon as the payment succeeds.
- Tournament entry fees: your registration is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds, and the organizer is told.
- Receipts and GST invoices: shown in your account and sent to your registered email right after payment.
Delivery is to the Cosmic Play Grid account you were signed in to when you paid, on the website and in the apps.
If it doesn't show up
Bank confirmations can sometimes take a little longer. Our system checks every pending payment again within an hour and switches on anything that was paid. If you still don't see it after an hour, email thecosmiccreatorco@gmail.com with your phone number and the payment reference, and we will sort it out within 2 working days. If a service can't be delivered, you get a full refund under our refund policy.
Merchandise from organizers
Some organizers sell kits or merchandise through their tournament store. The organizer delivers these, usually by handing them over at the venue, and the store page shows how and when. Questions about an item go to the organizer first. If they don't reply within 7 days, write to us and we will help.
